The BDA Project

Before. During. After.

BDA is a pilot project following college athletes through different phases of their journey in the U.S. — before college, during, and after graduation.

Built on insights from former college athletes, the project is centered around ongoing 1:1 conversations with Linnea who has experienced the same journey firsthand. It provides independent support outside the team, coach, and university.

The aim is to offer perspective, reflection, and support as athletes navigate the opportunities and challenges of each phase in their college journey.

Each athlete begins by setting individual goals that will shape their experience in the project.

We meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the phase, to reflect on current events, discuss challenges, and work toward the set goals. Athletes have access to reach out between sessions on their own terms.

Once a month, each athlete completes a short self-assessment. It's a simple way to reflect, check in with yourself, and track progress over time.
